Vote For Skål Club Of The Year
This year, for the second time, you can be involved in the selection of Skål Club of the Year. The criteria for the competition is on the Skål International website www.skal.org – go to “Awards” and scroll down to “Skål Club of the Year”.
In line with this criteria 14 Clubs* have been selected and these can be found on the Skål International homepage by clicking on the“Club of the Year” link. These Clubs have been asked to forward a presentation of their activities so that members can see and perhaps get some new ideas from this presentation. Every member holding a valid membership card will be able to cast one vote for their preferred presentation. You will not be able to vote for a Club in your own country and for this reason,*only those Clubs for which you can vote are shown.
Voting commenced at midnight CET (Central European Time) on Sunday 1 August 2010 and will close at midnight CET on Tuesday 31 August 2010. To vote and to view the candidates, members will need to login. Click and follow the voting instructions. You will only be able to cast one vote and the voting facility will be active until 31 August 2010. If you are not in possession of a valid membership card, please contact the Secretary of your Club or send an e-mail to skal@skal.org. The results of the vote will be announced during the Opening Ceremony of the 71st Skål World Congress in Sydney, Australia, on Friday 8 October 2010.
