Royal Caribbean’s exciting new 2010-12 brochure has hit travel agents’ shelves.  It features Rhapsody of the Seas’ fourth consecutive season in Australia as well as the debut season of Australia’s first 21st Century ship, Radiance of the Seas.

The 44-page brochure is Royal Caribbean’s largest local brochure to date and showcases itineraries for both the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons.  The new line-up has a distinct South Pacific flavour with an increased range of South Pacific cruises on both Radiance and Rhapsody of the Seas, ranging from seven to 12 nights.

The brochure has four expanded itinerary sections – the South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Voyages – with cruises ranging in duration from two to 34 nights.  Rhapsody of the Seas offers sailings mainly to the South Pacific islands and Queensland; and for her Australian debut Radiance of the Seas will primarily offer sailings to New Zealand and around Australia.

The 2011-12 program offers 33 cruises altogether for both vessels, including four new 2-3 night weekend sampler cruises so guests can get a short taste of the Royal Treatment.  Guests can choose from 17 unique itineraries calling at 45 ports across nine countries, with new ports of call to South Pacific destinations including Pago Pago, American Samoa; Apia, Samoa; Port Denarau, Fiji and Bali, Indonesia and in Australia: Esperance, WA; Exmouth, WA; Geraldton, WA.

The brochure also features more Australian and New Zealand cruises, ranging from a 14-night New Zealand itineraries to a 34-night circumnavigation of Australia.  New options include consecutive cruises, providing the opportunity for a longer holiday by combining two cruises back-to-back.  A selection of relaxing trans-Pacific voyages are also available, sailing between Hawaii and Sydney or Auckland.

Highlights of the brochure include even bigger Earlybird Savings, with up to $900 per person off brochure prices until 31 December 2010.  And this year Royal Caribbean is also offering guests a ‘Why not upgrade?’ offer, with upgrades from as little as $1 per person per day from an Oceanview to a Balcony cabin on select sailings.

The brochure includes a handy cruise planner and more pages dedicated to the range of onboard activities and amenities including; fantastic dining & entertainment options, first-rate day spa and fitness facilities and deck plans of both superior superliners.
Prices start from just $1445 per person for a seven-night South Pacific cruise aboard Rhapsody of the Seas and $2855 per person for an 18-night Australia and New Zealand cruise aboard Radiance of the Seas. Weekend Getaway cruises on board Radiance of the Seas are priced from $525 per person.
